My name is Almudena and I’ve always been passionate about languages. I began studying English when I was very young, and it wasn’t long before I developed a great curiosity for the English-speaking world. For this reason, I went to study in the United States for two years. During this time, I lived with American families and had many positive experiences.

I then did a degree in Translation and Interpreting at the Complutense University of Madrid, after which I was appointed as a sworn English translator and interpreter ("traductor jurado") by Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.

As far as my professional career is concerned, I have worked for a variety of companies doing different types of work: managing multilingual localisation projects, translating, interpreting, revising translations, etc. This employment was undertaken in both Spain and the United Kingdom, where I lived for two years.

After acquiring the aforementioned experience, I decided to change the focus of my professional life and in 2012 I became self-employed.
